Grey was a puppy (he still says puppy 500 times a day) and he actually let us put on his costume this year, but then wanted it off!! After it was off, there was no putting it back on either so he ended up just wearing a skeleton t-shirt with black sweat pants. He still looked cute :) Luckily I took a few pictures of him with the costume on before he made us take it off.
Grey loved the candy! He broke into our stash before any kids came to the door and had about 3 blow pops and two M&M packets. His hands were sticky, the floors were sticky and he had chocolate all over his face! It was evident he loved the candy, which is why he did not want to eat his dinner. Can we say cavities?!?
He wasn't into going up to the doors to get the candy, though. I think he liked looking at all the decorations from a distance instead of up close and being towered by the big blow-up decorations. They scared him a little. It probably didn't help that two doors down from us our neighbor basically had a haunted house in his front yard. They go all out every year and this year they had a cemetery theme and bought a hearse, had moving mannequins dressed up as murdered people, coffins, smoke blowing everywhere, etc. It was amazing and pretty scary!
Overall I think Grey enjoyed handing out the candy to other kids and yelling "Halloween" to everyone the most. It was so cute to hear him say it because he really emphasized the "ween" part :)
